The heating system was fantastic and easy to control, keeping us warm throughout our stay. Being able to park our car right next to the lodge was convenient. The snugs were spacious, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the option to have food delivered to our snug, making our stay even more hassle-free. The property offered a perfect getaway, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The comfortable bed, complimentary breakfast in the fridge, and the breathtaking view of the hills and lake made waking up a delight. Its location halfway between Edinburgh and Glasgow made it convenient for day trips, and the staff were easily reachable and helpful. We highly recommend Vu Snugs and hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at a secluded and picturesque location. The views from our accommodation were absolutely stunning, and we couldn't have asked for more comfortable furniture. The self check-in process was smooth, and the communication with the staff prior to our arrival was excellent. The beds were cozy, and the amenities provided were perfect. We appreciated the black-out curtains and the surprise breakfast treats in the fridge, which added a nice touch to our stay.

the heating in our snug was not working properly, which made us quite cold. we found dirty bedsheets upon arrival, which made us sleep on the opposite side of the bed.

The service was excellent, with little touches like rose petals and chocolates on the bed. The complimentary prosecco and breakfast in the fridge were a nice touch too.

One small drawback was the lack of a proper kitchen sink or tea towel to wash up and wipe surfaces.
